How to Become Our Member?

Register on the 3a official website and place an order (no minimum amount required) to join 3a Journey. Upon completion, you'll be officially recognized as a Silver Rank member!

Members' Rank Description

3a Journey offers four ranks. Upon registration, the system calculates your spending over a 12-month period (excluding shipping fees and canceled orders) to determine your rank:

• Silver Rank: Accumulate spending of RM1~RM699
• Gold Rank: Accumulate spending of RM700~RM1,499
• Platinum Rank: Accumulate spending of RM1,500~RM2,999
• Diamond Rank: Accumulate spending of RM3,000 and above.
Ranks are determined by 12-month spending (excluding shipping/cancellations) starting January 1st, 2021, with upgrades effective before October 1st, 2021.

Rank Upgrade Period

Within 3 working days after placing an order and completing payment. All members who made purchases before October 1st, 2021, will gain their 3a Journey rank on October 2nd, 2021. If your accumulated spending reaches a higher rank, your membership will automatically extend by 1 year from the date you gain the higher rank.

Membership Description

Membership is valid for 12 months starting from the upgrade date. Upon expiration, the system will upgrade or degrade your membership for 1 year based on your spending over the previous 12 months.

Example 1: If you've spent RM700 during your 12-month Platinum membership starting January 1, 2021, you'll be downgraded to Gold membership starting January 1, 2022.

Example 2: If you haven't spent anything during your 12-month Platinum membership starting January 1, 2021, your membership will revert to Silver starting January 1, 2022.

3a Journey Member Privileges

During your birthday month, a special surprise awaits you.

Reward Points

Gold, Platinum, and Diamond rank members earn reward points with every purchase. 1 reward point equals RM 1 and can be used in your next purchase anytime.

• Gold Rank: 1% reward point per RM 20 spending.
• Platinum Rank: 2% reward point per RM 20 spending.
• Diamond Rank: 3% reward point per RM 20 spending.

For example, if you purchase an RM 1,200 EasyPrep Full Set, Gold Rank members receive 12 points, Platinum members receive 36 points, and so forth.

Reward Points Usage

1 reward point is equal to RM 1, with no usage barrier or limit. For example, you can offset RM 100 from your order with 100 points.

Reward Point Credited Time

Reward points are credited to your account within 1 working day after spending on our website. Reward points are valid for 180 days from the credited time and will expire without further notification if unused.
